Shim-pack SCR

島津製作所製HPLCカラム

Shim-pack SCRは、島津製作所製のHPLCカラムです。
単糖類の分析には、Shim-pack SCR-101N/C/Pを用います。ゲルろ過モードに配位子交換モードが組み合わされた形で試料が分離されますので対カチオンの種類によって単糖類間の選択性が変わります。
Shim-pack SCR-101HとSCR-102Hはイオン排除クロマトグラフィー用のカラムです。イオン排除クロマトグラフィーでは、酸性水溶性（たとえば過塩素酸水溶液）を移動相とし、H型のスルホン化ポリスチレン樹脂を用いて、各試料成分の解離状態の差を基本にした分離が可能となります。有機酸の分析には、この方法が利用でき、SCR-102HあるいはSCR-101Hを用います。
