当社製サクションフィルタ『GLC Suction Filter 2』の内部フィルタ脱落について
2023年1月16日より出荷を見合わせておりました当社製サクションフィルタ「GLC Suction Filter 2」の販売済一部製品につきまして、調査を進めた結果、サクションチューブを深く挿し込み過ぎることによる、内部フィルタの脱落を確認しました。
【発生事象】
サクションフィルタに挿入するサクションチューブの先端（外径３φ）が、繰り返しの挿抜により徐々に縮径し、一定以下になった状態でGLC Suction Filter 2の口金部分に挿入すると、指定長※以上の深さにまで差し込まれてしまい、内部フィルタに接触して脱落させることがあることが確認されました。
※：取扱説明書に記載（■使用前の準備 手順3.）の通り、本製品へのチューブ挿入深さは5～10 mm程度としており、この深さでご使用いただければ内部フィルタに力は加わりません。
【取り付け時のご注意】
GLC Suction Filter 2を取り換える場合に、それまでご使用のサクションチューブをそのままお使いの際は、サクションチューブの先端部分を１センチカットしていただき、先端外径を3φの状態で指定長（5～10mm程度）まで挿入してご使用下さい。

サクションチューブの先端が3φでお使いいただいている状態では継続のご使用が可能ですが、今後発売予定のチューブ過挿入防止加工を施した改良品への交換をご希望のお客様には、無償にて提供させて頂きます。

Internal filter fall off of GLC Suction Filter 2
After investigating the GLC Suction Filter 2, which we have refrained from receiving orders nor shipping since Jan. 16. 2023, we have confirmed that the internal filter of the product would have had fallen off due to the suction tube being inserted too deeply.
【Incident】
The tip of suction tube (of which outer diameter(O.D.) is 3 mm ) gradually shrinks due to repeated insertion into and removal from the GLC Suction Filter 2. If the shrunk tube would be inserted into the product, it would be into a depth greater than the specified length (*) and could cause the internal filter fallen off.
(*) specified length : As described in the instruction manual, the tube will not touch the internal filter when used with an insertion depth of approximately 5 ~ 10 mm.
【Installation Precautions】
When replacing the product and continuing to use the same tube, you are requested to cut the tube by 10 mm to make 3 mm O.D. tube tip and insert the tube to the specified length.
【About Purchased Products】
By connecting 3 mm O.D. tube, the product can be used continuously. If you would like to replace the product with an improved version with a tube insertion prevention mechanism that will be released in the future, we will provide it free of charge. We will update the information on our website when improvements are ready.
